HISTORY ’N’ PIECES™ 40-STATE GTM & COMMUNITY EXECUTION FRAMEWORK
A community execution ecosystem built to drive collaboration and innovation
History ’N’ Pieces™ is an ecosystem built around 40 limited-edition state puzzle series. The project supports historical preservation, educational engagement, and community participation.
The objective is to build 40 state teams that can organize campaigns and events using 5thSocial. Every puzzle becomes both a collectible product and a participation system that helps create conversations, educational experiences, and community engagement.
Core activities include:
• GTM and Puzzle Launches
• Community Storytelling
• School Engagement
• Content Creation
• Audience Building
The long-term vision is a distributed ecosystem where every state contributes content, training, and economic activity.
OPPORTUNITY
5,000 × $189 per state × .50 = $472,500 Revenue Participation Per State Team
40 States = $18.9M Revenue Participation Potential Across the Ecosystem
THE 40-STATE TEAM MODEL
Each state operates as a semi-independent execution team coordinated through 5thSocial. Teams may include students, affiliates, nonprofits, educators, local historians, content creators, and community organizers working together around a shared state identity.
The primary responsibility of each team is to build audience, coordinate campaigns, organize events, support affiliates, and drive puzzle sales within its region. The model is intentionally community-driven so that participants become contributors rather than passive followers.
5thSocial is the infrastructure so teams may operate through:
• Campaigns
• Missions
• Projects
• Events
Over time, state teams become part of a larger operational network. Teams can share campaigns, missions, content, training, and best practices across the ecosystem while maintaining local flexibility.
EARNED INCOME MODEL
History ’N’ Pieces is structured as an earned income ecosystem rather than a donation-only model. The platform helps communities, nonprofits, affiliates, and students participate in modern economic activity through products, campaigns, events, training, and affiliate programs.
REVENUE PARTICIPATION MODEL
50% OF PUZZLE SALE REVENUE WILL BE ALLOCATED TOWARD AFFILIATE PARTICIPATION, NONPROFIT PARTNERSHIPS, STATE TEAM ACTIVITIES, COMMUNITY ACTIVATION, AND EARNED INCOME OPPORTUNITIES ACROSS THE ECOSYSTEM.
CAMPAIGNS, MISSIONS & EVENTS
Each state may operate multiple campaigns throughout the year. Campaigns may support puzzle launches, community storytelling, Black history initiatives, school engagement, affiliate recruitment, museum partnerships, and other community-based activities.
Missions provide the operational work required to execute campaigns. Teams may run missions focused on outreach, content creation, affiliate growth, event coordination, educational publishing, and audience engagement.
Projects organize execution. Events activate communities. Together they create a repeatable participation framework that can scale across all 40 state teams.
Examples include:
• Puzzle Challenges
• Historical Storytelling Sessions
• Popup Shops
• AI Training and Meetups
• Launch Events
SUBSTACK & TRAINING INFRASTRUCTURE
Substack serves as the primary publishing and training platform for the ecosystem. It supports onboarding, communication, storytelling, campaign coordination, educational content, and event promotion.
The goal is to create a repeatable onboarding system that continuously trains and activates new participants and new state teams.
EDUCATION + WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
History ’N’ Pieces also functions as a workforce participation and learning ecosystem. Participants gain hands-on experience with GTM operations, campaign management, audience development, affiliate systems, and AI-assisted workflows.
Participants do not simply learn concepts. They learn by participating in real campaigns, supporting real products, and engaging with real communities.
LONG-TERM POSITIONING
History ’N’ Pieces™ combines cultural preservation, workforce training, affiliate participation, and community engagement within a single national infrastructure.
Products create engagement. Stories create connection. Training creates capability. Participation creates opportunity.
The long-term vision is a coordinated economic ecosystem where products, storytelling, training, and community participation work together across all 40 state teams.
