A Campaign to Build the Tendercrats Brand and Workflows
Turning AI Characters into a Repeatable GTM System on 5thSocial
Overview
This campaign is a learning and building exercise. We’re using 5thSocial to move character ideas from trademark to brand—through AI characters and a repeatable workflow.
It starts with a simple idea: a character with a voice, a tone, and a point of view that people can engage with. Every interaction follows a path—post → response → conversation → follow-up—so nothing is lost and everything can be continued.
Those responses turn into signals. Signals turn into patterns. Patterns shape how the character behaves and how the workflow evolves over time.
Inside 5thSocial, this becomes a working system where content, conversations, and actions are connected. We layer this directly into 5thSocial to create a GTM program for the Tendercrats campaign—defining how posts are created, how responses are handled, how users are tracked, and how interactions turn into repeatable engagement, conversion, and outcomes.
Program Example — Tendercrats Campaign in Action
Mission 1 — Build Community Around a Character
Type: Learn
Start by introducing a character and opening a real conversation. Let people react to the character—how it speaks, what it says, and how it responds. Invite people to tag others, reply, and engage with the character directly.
Stay active—respond in character, keep the tone consistent, and pull the most engaged users into deeper interaction through replies, DMs, or small group conversations.
This is not about posting content. It’s about creating a presence that people recognize and want to interact with.
You’ll know it’s working when people return to interact with the character, bring others into the conversation, and begin to expect how the character behaves.
Mission 2 — Design Character Behavior and Workflow
Type: Engage
Step back and design how the character actually works.
Think about how the character speaks, responds, and evolves. Define tone, prompts, and interaction patterns. Consider how content is generated, how responses are handled, and how conversations are continued.
This is where the workflow takes shape—how posts are created, how responses are triggered, and how engagement is sustained. The character becomes consistent, recognizable, and repeatable.
You’re not trying to make it perfect. You’re shaping a behavior model that feels natural and keeps people engaged.
You’ll know it’s working when interactions feel consistent, responses flow naturally, and people begin to engage with the character as if it has a real presence.
Mission 3 — Activate Character Workflows & Engagement Funnel
Type: Activation
Now turn it on inside 5thSocial.
Start with the feed—this is where the character is discovered. When people engage, continue the interaction in replies, DMs, or group spaces. As engagement builds, guide people through a simple path: seeing → responding → interacting → returning.
Track how interactions evolve. Know what prompts responses, what keeps conversations going, and what brings people back.
This is where 5thSocial becomes the environment where character, content, and conversation come together into a working system.
You’ll know it’s working when the character drives ongoing interaction, people return to engage again, and clear patterns emerge in how content leads to engagement and repeat activity.
What This Produces
A recognizable AI character with consistent behavior
Repeatable content and interaction patterns
Ongoing engagement and returning users
Structured workflows for content and response
A growing DIP (proprietary knowledge layer on AI interaction patterns)
Summary
Community → Behavior → Activation
Start with people interacting with a character. Shape how the character behaves. Then activate the system and let engagement turn into repeatable workflows.
Run the system. Capture real behavior. Track interactions inside 5thSocial. Feed everything into the DIP. Let engagement—not assumption—drive outcomes.
